What is a pre-order and its purpose?
All styles on our pre-order tab are styles that we decide to manufacture with future delivery dates. The purpose of a pre-order is for our online customers to have a first look at all of our incoming styles and secure necessary quantities. To put it simply, it's a style we don't have in stock YET but will be in stock on the date indicated.
How accurate are the pre-order delivery dates, and am I guaranteed the quantity I ordered?
Our production team is always working their hardest to match delivery dates to please every one of our customers, but sometimes there are unplanned issues during production and this can delay the delivery dates. There are also times when we do not receive the full quantity manufactured and this can affect the quantity shipped to our customers. Due to these reasons, we unfortunately cannot guarantee every quantity that is ordered to be fulfilled. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
What is your policy on shipping pre-order to boutique customers and company customers?
Fortunately we have a very simple policy! First come first serve! Once we receive the merchandise at our warehouse, we simply go down the pre-order list, and fulfill them in the order it was placed.
What happens when I order multiple pre-order styles and they all have different delivery dates?
We ship all pre-order as we receive the styles at our warehouse. Because of our ‘No hold’ policy, all merchandise received will be shipped according to delivery dates.
What is the ‘No Hold’ policy?
Customers sometimes ask us to hold their merchandise until all of their pre-order are in and their order is complete. Our ‘No Hold’ policy states that we do not hold any merchandise for any customers, no matter the circumstance.
When is my credit card charged for pre-order items?
All pre-order styles are not pre-authorized or charged until we receive the merchandise and your box is packed and ready to ship! :-)
Can I modify or even cancel a pre-order?
You can always modify or even cancel your pre-order with no penalty at all. If you would like to cancel please notify your representative prior to the delivery date stated.
